Description

the level progress bar is broken on Ghost. I have 8 skills remaining and the score page shows the bar at 90%

Yup. That's a bug.

It looks like that histogram is calculated based on the maximum number of Tier 1 skill levels you can acquire (currently 36*4 = 144) and the skill points you currently have, 136. 136/144 = 94%. That is not accurate nor is it useful.

Well, I mean, when it reaches 100% you will gain a level but the histogram will still read really high even though you have zero progress towards your next level.
